One building, two front doors

The two halves of 113 Virginia Ave share a wall, so families spread across both sides are still steps from each other. Grandparents get their own kitchen and their own quiet. The kids run between the two yards.

Two blocks back from the sand, with a fenced yard, a grill and an outside shower on each side. Both halves are pet friendly, and beach badges are included with every summer rental.

Renting both sides together earns a discounted joint rate. The figures below are the two houses added up, before that discount — call and we'll give you the real number.

Strict minimum stays. 2 weeks: May, June, Sept. Monthly / 4 weeks: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Jul, Aug, Oct, Nov, Dec.

Deposit and cleaning are per house: $500 and $150 on the West side, $500 and $125 on the East. Deposits are released 30 days after departure.

5% off 4+ weeks · 10% off a full season.
