What are the minimum stays?+
Minimums are strict. Two weeks in May, June and September. Monthly / four weeks in January, February, March, April, July, August, October, November and December.
Can we bring the dog?+
Yes. All three houses are pet friendly, and all three have fenced yards.
Are beach badges included?+
Yes. Beach badges are included with every summer rental, at all three houses.
What's the deposit and cleaning fee?+
A $500 security deposit on every house, released 30 days after departure. Cleaning is $150 at 23 New York Ave and 113 Virginia West, $125 at 113 Virginia East. Listed rates exclude both.
Are there discounts for longer stays?+
Yes — 5% off for four weeks or more, 10% off for a full season. The two Virginia Ave houses can also be rented jointly at a discounted rate.
