Before you ask

Minimum stays are strict. Two weeks in May, June and September. Monthly / four weeks the rest of the year.

All three houses are pet friendly.

Summer rates include beach badges.

Security deposit $500, released 30 days after departure. Cleaning $150 ($125 at Virginia East).
